Saracens provide Door Security for pubs, clubs, hotels and other venues, where a discreet and professional security presence is required. Our Door Supervisors’ ultimate aim is to fulfil their duty of care to protect your customers, property, staff, stakeholders and your reputation in the wider community, the local authority and the police.
We are proud of the high standards our Door Security teams maintain, and that they always push for a better standard for the premises they represent. Our Door Supervisors are smart, polite, meet & greet your customers and, as we supply dedicated teams, they will get to know your regular customers as well as you do. We ensure that each Door Supervisor is licenced by the SIA, meaning they have been properly vetted and trained accordingly – for example, in terrorist threat awareness, physical intervention and first aid.
Saracens takes training seriously, so not only will our Door Supervisors have a site induction they will have been chosen for their strengths and skills relating to your business. They will also be encouraged to undertake ongoing training and education and take a pride in their work. Each is experienced and mature enough to deal with any situation that arises in an appropriate way.
This type of dedication shows in the ways they welcome your customers, and how they handle a potential situations or sudden and unexpected ones with an appropriate and effective response, followed up by fully documenting and logging to the incident.
Our Security Guards
All of our Security Guards are all trained to the very highest levels, and hugely experienced in their field. All our operatives are carefully vetted and screened to comply with insurance requirements and BS7858.
We believe that it is vital for Security Guards to present a professional image at all times. To this end, all our Security Guards are uniformed, carry their individual SIA licenses and company ID cards and behave in a courteous and professional manner.
All our personnel are not only thoroughly trained upon joining us, from the SIA training courses, they also regularly attend refresher training courses; to keep up to date with developments in the industry. We take training very seriously and offer a range of ongoing courses and opportunities to keep our team up to date with the latest methods, security products and legislation. Our Security Guards and staff are trained on all aspects of “Health & Safety”, which covers Safety at Workplace, Manual Handling, Risk Assessments, First Aid Training and many more.
